Flock Manager 1.0 app for iPhone and iPad

The Chicken Farmers of Ontario (CFO) Flock Manager app is an essential tool for chicken farmers to use to complete online electronic traceability forms, for poultry production in Ontario.

Within the app, farmers can complete their Form 101, Form 3, Form 4, and Form 6. These can then be submitted to both processors and the CFO, for electronic record keeping, documentation, and traceability purposes.

Filling out your electronic forms requires essentially the same information that you would submit using the paper form system.
